We are a family-owned and operated conglomerate - true to traditional Mexican community values.  We not only run and operate all aspects of Azael food production, but we also employ over 25 families from three states: Michoacán, Jalisco, and Nayarit.

We are proud that the products we sell to you are the same products that we serve at our table!  We know that living a healthy and happy life starts with the food(s) we eat!  Our customers are conscientious, health-conscious, and looking to buy straight from the food producer.

Our objective, in everything we do, is this ... the more natural the better!  We do not use pesticides, but we do not officially classify ourselves as organic due to the associated costs of doing so. We raise our livestock without the use of hormones.  We do vaccinate our livestock with the bare minimum required by the government - inoculated at the beginning of life.
