Our jerky is made from one of very best cuts of lean beef, cut into strips, marinated and seasoned with Brownie’s “Secret Spice” blend, then dehydrated. It is a long and careful process that allows the beef to stay preserved. The SubGrub bags are sealed and have a shelf life of two years.
