There is nothing like the sharp traditional taste of Azael's Sharp Cheddar in the Bay - hence - it's a fan-favorite...and no matter how much we make, we tend to sell out before the season is through!  Creamier with the taste more comparable to the cheddars that Canadian & Americans are used to.  This keeps our more northern American customers coming back!
