Delivery Policy

Upon receiving your order an Azael team member will be in contact with you to arrange a time for delivery.

Delivery is FREE for orders over $1000 pesos. For orders under $1000 pesos - $200 pesos for delivery from PV to Bucerias. $300 pesos for delivery from La Cruz up to La Peñita de Jaltemba.

Return & Exchange Policy

We would like for you to be satisfied with your products from Azael! We accept returns on most items, especially if new and unused - Please contact us on the same day of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us with an order number, and details about the product you would like to return. An Azael team member will get back to you as soon as possible with instructions on how to return the product.
